Privacy Notice

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Who We Are

Luxcorp Services ("Luxcorp," "we," "us," or "our") is a coordination service based in Esch sur Sûre, Luxembourg. We help founders, primarily remote entrepreneurs, establish and maintain a Luxembourg Sàrl S or Sàrl by connecting them with licensed domiciliation agents, banking partners, and other regulated service providers.

Luxcorp is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, meaning we determine how and why your personal data is processed when you interact with us directly.

Contact: contact@luxcorporateservices.com

2. What Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Identification and contact information

Full name, email address, phone number, nationality, and country of residence.

Business and ownership information

Company name and structure, intended business activity, planned share capital, and details of beneficial owners and directors.

Identity and compliance documents

Passport or national ID copies, proof of address, and other documents required by our licensed partners to complete their own know your customer (KYC) and anti money laundering (AML) checks.

Communications

Records of emails, WhatsApp messages, and other correspondence you send us in connection with our services.

Website usage data

If applicable, basic technical data collected through cookies or analytics tools, such as browser type and pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes.

To provide our coordination services

Understanding your business needs, preparing formation paperwork, and coordinating filings on your behalf under a signed engagement letter.

To connect you with licensed partners

Forwarding your documents to domiciliation agents, banking partners, and other regulated providers so they can carry out their own independent verification and onboarding.

To communicate with you

Responding to inquiries and providing updates on your formation or ongoing support arrangement.

To meet legal obligations

Retaining certain records as required by Luxembourg law or by our licensed partners' own compliance obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases.

Performance of a contract

Processing necessary to deliver the coordination services you have engaged us for.

Legitimate interest

Processing necessary for us to operate and improve our business, such as responding to inquiries, provided this does not override your rights and interests.

Legal obligation

Where retention or disclosure of certain data is required by applicable law.

Consent

Where we rely on consent, for example for optional marketing communications, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

Because Luxcorp acts as a coordinator rather than a licensed provider, sharing your data with third parties is a core part of how our service works. We may share your personal data with:

Licensed domiciliation agents, for your registered business address and related compliance obligations.

Digital banking partners such as Wise Business or Revolut Business, so they can carry out their own account opening and verification process directly with you.

Independent legal and tax advisors, where a matter falls outside our coordination role and you have agreed to be referred.

Luxembourg authorities, including the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) and the Register of Beneficial Owners (RBE), as required for incorporation and ongoing compliance.

Service providers who support our own operations, such as IT or communication tools, acting under appropriate data processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal data. Each third party listed above conducts its own independent compliance review and is separately responsible for how it handles your data once received; we encourage you to review their own privacy notices.

6. International Data Transfers

Most of our partners are based within the European Union or European Economic Area. If any partner is located outside the EU/EEA, we will only transfer personal data where an adequate level of protection is ensured, such as through an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards like standard contractual clauses.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, including:

For as long as you have an active engagement with us, plus a reasonable period afterward for record keeping.

For the retention periods required under Luxembourg AML and company law, which can extend beyond the end of our relationship, particularly for identity and compliance documents.

Where retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances. Object to processing based on legitimate interest. Request data portability, where technically feasible. Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@luxcorporateservices.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), at www.cnpd.public.lu.

9. Cookies and Website Analytics

[To be completed based on the actual tools used on the live site. If no cookies or analytics are used, this section can state that explicitly. If tools such as Google Analytics are added later, a cookie consent banner and a more detailed cookie policy will be required.]

10. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including secure transmission of documents to our licensed partners.

11. Changes to This Notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
